Co-authored with Dr Meriel Lland.

This looks at the integral part plants, animals and the environment play in Christmas festivities. The book covers holly, ivy, mistletoe, explains the unlikely story of why robins are so closely associated with Christmas. The authors explore the biological roots of our favourite stuffing.
